My work here is done

For awhile now I’ve said that a top goal of my campaign was to get my wife off of facebook. Last night I asked Olga to cross-post to that platform my “Proposal No.2” regarding the Fairhope Library Board.

She replied, “I’m sick of facebook”.

I would like to send a special thanks to all of the stupid, rude and unpleasant commenters out there who helped me achieve this goal. Well done. I could not have done it without you.

To everyone else who commented thoughtfully to Olga’s facebook posts, or to this blog, we appreciate your words and kindness very much.

This has been an interesting experience to say the least, but we’re glad it’s coming to an end and our life can get back to normal.
